The welcoming formal living and dining rooms are the first rooms you arrive at from the front door. Right from it's tropical entrance foyer you know you have come upon a first class home.

Living Room -

The formal living room area is perfect for a quiet  time to read a novel or just to plan your vacation. A quiet retreat where you can enjoy an afternoon nap while the rest of your family enjoys themselves on the pool deck.

Dining Room -

The dining room is accompanied with a bookshelf with novels for guests to enjoy

Kicthen Area -

Down the hallway you arrive at a gourmet kitchen that includes every possible modern appliance, and all the utensils and dishes to satisfy 10 guests

Family Room -

Next to the kitchen area is your family room that includes a cable television and couch set. Included is a VCR, DVD Player for movies, home stereo, and XBox Game System. This is the entertainment center of this home.

The Bedrooms -

At the top of the stairs is the Master Bedroom. But just before is a comfortable couch to relax upon. As you enter the Master Bedroom, a king size bed and elegant furniture make this a retreat of its own. There is even a chaise lounge where you pass hours watching television. A second cable television is included.

This master bedroom suite is almost like having a small apartment within your villa. Large windows and extra high ceilings give the illusion of grandeur as all that Florida sunshine radiates in upon you.

The 1st Twin Bedroom has twin beds in a Mermaid theme with cable television

The 2nd Twin Bedroom has twin beds in a Disney theme with cable television

The Queen sized bedroom has cable television too.

These three other bedrooms share a second full size bathroom
This home sleeps 10 when using available portable beds (ideal for children)

Gamesroom -

This home will be equipped with an Air Hockey Table, Foos-Ball Table and soft darts board

Pool -

A large pool and a soothing waterfall spa that looks over a very quiet forested area. What better way to relax as all the Florida sunshine makes you wonder why you have not been here before. The pool is larger then most private pools
