Master Bedroom -

The master bedroom suite is situated on the ground floor and is entered from double doors off the main lounge There is a large ensuite  bathroom with oval bath and separate shower and his and hers hand basins and a TV and DVD There is a very spacious walk in wardrobe/closet.

Queen Bedroom -

Climb the attractive stairs, to the second master bedroom and bathroom with a Queen size bed ,large wardrobe/closet and there is a television.The room is decorated with a black and white theme. The bathroom on this floor also has a bath and shower.

Twin Bedroom -

The twin bedroom has a large wardrobe/closet and television,it is decorated to appeal to both children and adults. and shares the second bathroom on this floor which has a bath and shower.

Lounge -

The design of the house is unique because the lounge is designed to relax in with sumptuous sofas. Look through the floor to ceiling windows and see the sparkling pool.
The formal dining room seats 8 people around a beautiful metal and glass table and there are plenty of co-ordinating table linens. Large patio doors with child safety alarms,  lead from here onto the covered screened porch/lanai which has a ceiling fan to keep you cool while you enjoy your alfresco meals on the pool deck. There is a half bathroom downstairs with a toilet and washbasin.

Kitchen -

The modern kitchen has all the luxuries you would associate with our home.
Large refrigerator and freezer with icemaker and iced water facility, Microwave, Dishwasher. Co-ordinated Glassware/crockery/silverware, Ceramic Hob, large oven and a Television

There is also a UTILITY ROOM with washer and dryer--laundry equipment, pool towels,tennis racquets, golf clubs, waterproof capes for theme park rides

Gamesroom -

The equipment includes full size air hockey table, foosball table ,pool table and magnetic darts.
