• Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club is a prestigious 18 hole par 72 championship golf course. There are practice greens, a driving range and a clubhouse which caters for all your golfing needs. A communal swimming pool, tennis court and a play park for the children are all available for guests to use.

Our villa is fully air-conditioned and has plenty of space to accommodate up to 12 people, which is perfect for two families sharing. The villa has two spacious living areas. The living room provides a comfortable place to relax and has a CD/Cassette and radio for you to listen to. The adjoining dining room provides a

more formal setting to enjoy your meals. The family room leads out to the sun deck and pool area and has cable TV, VCR, DVD, and is great for taking in a good movie at the end of a perfect day. It also has a ceiling fan for your enjoyment. We provide Movies , Board games , puzzles and books for our guests to use.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. Provided is a cooker , microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, Toaster, Juice machine plus table ware and utensils. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and leads to a double garage. The breakfast nook, which is ideal for everyday meals, adjoins the kitchen and also leads out to the sun deck and pool area.

There are 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Master bedroom with King size bed ,is beautifully decorated and has a cable TV, sofa and ceiling fan for your enjoyment, with plenty of storage space. The luxuriously decorated master bathroom has a large walk in shower, large corner bath and double basin vanity unit with storage space below. Plus a separate WC. Hair dryer supplied.
A floor mounted safe is available for guests use .

The double bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has a cable TV, DVD , ceiling fan and walk in closet. Complete with it's own en-suite, which comprises a bath with overhead shower, single vanity basin and WC. Please note, that there is a lockable door from the hall to this suite, ensuring complete privacy. There are three twin bedrooms, Two of which have cable TV, all with large fitted closets and ceiling fans. All linen and towels are provided. A third bathroom, has a bath with overhead shower, double vanity basins and WC. Hair dryer provided.

The private 24ft by 12ft pool overlooks the 9th fairway and is set in a large pool deck. There is a dinning table and chairs ,also sun loungers for your comfort. A Gas BBQ grill is provided for your use while staying at our villa. Our Games Area. We have Table Tennis, Foosball and Air Hockey, which is ideal for those rainy or lazy days and has proven to be a great hit with the children. The area can still be used as a garage if required.

Staying in a private family villa offers luxury accommodation at an affordable price. The rates quoted are per week for our villa and are not per person.
You can stay for a short break or for longer, and we take bookings from and to any day of the week. We offer a discount for guests who would like to stay more than 2 weeks.

We accept payment in £Sterling, €Euros or $US Dollars, and also except credit card payments through PAYPAL.

The price includes all linen, towels, cleaning and local phone calls. 

US$ prices include all taxes. 

A 3.5% fee is required for paypal service.

For bookings of 5 days or less a cleaning surcharge of £70/€90/$90 applies.

A deposit of £125/€175/$175 per week (Non-Refundable) is required to secure your booking.

A security deposit (Refundable) of  £200/€300/$300 taken with the final payment. This is refunded no later than 4 weeks after your return from your holiday.

Pool heating is optional at £12//€18/$18 per night. Please let us know at the time of booking if this is required.

 Rollaway and Food Packs are available on request.
