The newly built luxury villa is located on the beautiful prestigious community of Terra Verde. This ideal 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom family home is fully air-conditioned central heated and sleeps up to 14 people comfortably.

We also provide a pack and play crib, stair gate and Toddler Bed. It contains a variety of features such as a en suite King master bedroom, 2 en suite Queen Bedrooms, 1 Double twin en suite and 2 double twin bedrooms.

Sliding doors from the family room or kitchen lead you out on the pool deck, where you can sit on the comfortable deck furniture, or take a dip in our optionally heated pool or bubbling spa pool.
The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young children, if you should need it...

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, coffee pot, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a full set of dishes, silverware, cooking and baking needs and a patio service for your poolside entertaining.
A highchair is provided if you have the need. An electric BBQ is provided also.

The living room and dining room are beautifully appointed and a great place to unwind after a long day at the parks...

The laundry room comes ready with an iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer...

The family room features a pool view with sliding doors that lead onto a covered lanai. You can put your feet up on the overstuffed sofa or love seat and relax to your favorite TV show, dvd or listen to the music of your choice. We provide a number of DVD's for your viewing. There is also a Playstation and several board games for you to enjoy..
Bring youy laptop we have Wireless Internet!!

The garage has been converted into a games room, complete with a pool table and table tennis table (ping-pong). There is aslo a fooseball table... Or maybe you prefer to play some poker, the cards and chips are there for you.
Your observers can cheer you on from the Bistro table..
