The Pool Area is approached via sliding patio doors from the family room to the covered lanai which offers a little shade from the hot Floridian sun and opens to the extended sun deck with patio furniture and sun loungers. The sun deck extends the full 40' width of the villa providing extra space for you to top up your tan.

The large freeform pool enjoys a southerly aspect and benefits from a dedicated gas heater, ensuring the pool is useable all year round. A removable safety fence is provided to enable the sun deck to be used, whilst screening off the pool when not in use, to ensure the safety of your children.

The pool is checked and cleaned regularly so you can be sure it is always clean and safe to swim in.

The spacious family room which overlooks the pool area is luxuriously carpeted and offers comfortable seating cable TV & DVD player. There is access to the pool area through sliding doors.

Dining Room -
Adjoining the kitchen, the dining room boasts a large table with enough chairs to seat everyone, should you wish to have a leisurely breakfast before a fun packed day at the theme parks or simply to have take a break from the many restaurants and cook it yourself! A high chair is also provided for your little one.

Kitchen -
The large kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need, it really is a home from home. Expect to find a large US style fridge/freezer, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher and all the crockery and cutlery you will need.

Master Bedroom 1 -
This beautiful room overlooks the pool area. It has a King size bed, cable TV and a separate dressing area complete with walk in wardrobes. Walk through the dressing area to the large en suite bathroom complete with WC, his and hers sinks, a large sunken
bathtub and large double shower.

Master Bedroom 2 -
This beautiful room again overlooks the pool area. Like the first master, it has a King sized bed, cable TV/DVD player and the same furnishings as the first master, so there will be no squabbling over rooms! The en suite offers access to the pool area, perfect for those lazy days by the pool, so when nature calls there is no need to wonder through the villa to get to a toilet! The en suite bathroom has a shower/bath, sink and WC.

Bedroom 3 -
This room has a double bed, cable TV/DVD player and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 4 -
This room has twin beds, cable TV/DVD player and fitted wardrobes. The third bathroom is situated between bedrooms 3 and 4 for easy access from both rooms. Cot is also available should you need it.

Games Room - (New for May 2007)
The large double garage has been converted to a games room. There
is an air hockey table, football table and darts board.

Laundry -
The Laundry room has a large washing machine and tumble dryer, so why take all your washing home with you? There is also an ironing board and iron.

Pool and Deck Area -
The pool and deck area boasts a southerly aspect, thus enjoying the Floridian sunshine all day long. The whole area is screened to keep insects out and children in, but don’t worry, this won’t affect your tan at all! A child safety fence is provided, to screen off the
pool from your little ones when it is not in use. A patio table, chairs and comfortable sun loungers are provided for Al fresco dining, relaxing by the pool and sunbathing. Extended at the time of building, The pool deck area has been stretches the full width of the villa, giving extra space for those sun loungers!
