We have recently tiled and refurbished the villa..The luxurious lounge is furnished with soft leather sofas and has an ambience of total relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen will enable you to prepare that perfect meal or that old time family favourite.

Furnished with a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and an abundance of cookware, dishes and cutlery.

A beautiful formal dining area, seating six, is located just off the kitchen or alternatively you can use the informal dining nook in the kitchen which seats four.

The beautifully appointed bedrooms come supplied with all linens and towels and the Disney themed bedrooms will excite the smaller children in the family. The villa is big enough to be shared by two families or that "Special" Grandma and Grandpa, as there are two beautiful double bedrooms, one boasting a bathroomensuite.

A third bedroom accommodates twin beds and the fourth bedroom can comfortably sleep three with double base bunk beds.

The children will be delighted to know that there is a portable tv in the bunk room.

Extra sleeping accommodation is also available on the pull outdouble-bed sofa in the lounge. Our villa has a den area with soft leather sofas and a television/dvd/video providing equipment for those all important "cartoons". The den gives a beautiful view of the pool.

The private screened pool with under water lighting and extended pool deck is a delightful setting. Furnished with a table, chairs and sun-loungers, all you need to laze away the hours in the Florida Sunshine. A thermal pool blanket is provided to keep aconstant pool temperature overnight. Electric pool heat is available on request.

When the sun goes down, or just gets too hot, our American themed games room will keep you entertained. Hours of fun for the young and young at heart. The room is equipped with Turbo Air Hockey, Electronic Darts and Bar Fooseball. The villa's laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron,and ironing board.

Our Management Company is on hand should you require any assistance. It's locally based office is a 10 minute drive away.
